About Me
I am a first-year student at Duke University currently enrolled in the Pratt School of Engineering. I am considering a major in ECE, but I do not want to declare until I have a firmer grasp of my options.
Interests
I play guitar and sing, and I am very interested in music, both listening and performing. My garage band in Florida played a few gigs, but most of my performing has been at St. John's UMC in the youth group where I led the worship band.
Grand Challenges
The Grand Challenges for Engineering includes the goal of providing energy from fusion. This article discusses this goal as a plausible option with our current technology: Nuclear fusion now a viable energy source, claims scientist, Roman McGreevy, The Irish Times, updated 12 August 2013, accessed 7 September 2013 (Provide energy from fusion).
