My favorite of the demos was the one within Mathematics about the Loma Prieta Earthquake.  It was my favorite because it's amazing how many ways they were able to present the exact same data and every time would focus on a different aspect helping with their data analysis.  My favorite graph is the one on the last of the twelve parts of the demo.  It showed a three demential model of where ground moved with datapoints signifying how far it moved each of the predetermined time intervales (the father apart the points are the faster the ground was moving).

MATLAB Demos

My favorite of the demos was the one within Mathematics about the Loma Prieta Earthquake.
