My favorite MATLAB Demo is the "Creating a Basic Plot Interactively" Demo.  The different types of graphs (line, bar, pie, histogram) are very interesting and the ability to customize the colors, labels, and symbols of the graph is quite useful.

My favorite MATLAB Demo is the "Creating a Basic Plot Interactively" Demo. The different types of graphs (line, bar, pie, histogram) are very interesting and the ability to customize the colors, labels, and symbols of the graph is quite useful.
