The demo I enjoyed the most was the traveling salesman demo. I liked this demo the best because I was once forced to solve numerous traveling salesman problems during a math class during my junior year of high school. The demo made the solution to the traveling salesman problem seem much simpler when using Matlab than when doing the problem by hand.
