My favorite demo was the "Visualizing Sound" demo. It was my favorite because stuff about music and sound really interest me. I'm really into music so its cool when I can see how you can graph sound and make noise into something that can be visualized. It also helps demonstrate to me the universal applications that one can use matlab for.
