Favorite MATLAB Demonstration:
My favorite MATLAB demonstration is the Volume Visualization demo. I thought it was amazing to see the number of different 3-D graphs that can be created using MATLAB. I think the graphs will be very helpful when trying to display complex data in a coherent way.
