Who is this?
My name is Matthew Warren and right now I'm a freshmen at Duke University. I originally come from Clinton, Mississippi, a town right outside of Jackson, and currently I am living in the Pegram dorm.
Classes
I'm currently taking the general subjects required for freshmen in the Pratt School of Engineering. These include: EGR 103, Math 32, Chem 43L, History 111E
Music
I'm currently involved with different aspects of the music program here at Duke. I'm a member of the Duke Chamber Players and a student-run quartet. I am also involved in a few music classes, including: Music 81C, Music 100, Music 106

One of the more interesting aspects of this discovery to me is the possibility of focal stimulation becoming a more plausible therapy for some neurological diseases. Such therapies would ideally have fewer and less serious side effects then the current methods of electroconvulsive therapy and drug therapies that target the entire brain.
