Favorite MATLAB Demonstration
My favorite MATLAB demonstration was "Viewing a Penny" because I learned what a Laplacian was and how it could be used to create colors that will make an image of a penny. I'm still confused about the math behind the Laplacian, but I still thought it was cool.
