Matlab Demonstrations
My favorite Matlab demonstration was the 3-D drawing. I think it's really cool that the program can take simple inputs of points and then turn them into a 3-D rendering of an object. It's especially cool for me because drawing definitely is not one of my talents and I always turn to computers to do the drawing for me.
