MATLAB Demonstration
My favorite MATLAB Demonstration was the Viewing a Penny demo. I really enjoyed being able to use MATLAB to see the surface of a penny in so many different ways. Learning how to use contour lines, how to draw a pseudocolor plot, and how to draw a surface plot with a colormap was extremely interesting to me. I also found it fascinating how MATLAB could be used to draw plots with different brightness/lighting models.
