Of the MATLAB tutorials and demos assigned, I particularly enjoyed the one on the Loma Prieta earthquake. They took data from accelerometers and then integrated the information twice to find the position of a point in 3-D space. They then generated a three dimensional graph from the translated data. I like how they clearly showed the steps in transitioning from a raw data set into the final 3-D graph, and how this example analyzed real world data in a useful way. After going through the demo, I feel that I could write the code in order to turn a raw data set into a three dimensional graph.

MATLAB Demonstration
