Favorite MATLAB Demonstration
My favorite MATLAB Demonstration is "Viewing a Penny" -- I cannot get over how creative (and bored) the MATLAB developers are to the extent of creating a Penny.mat in the program; the demonstration also highlights the unseen (t0 me) capabilities of MATLAB, and how real-life objects can be easily modeled MATLAB.
