Demonstrations with MATLAB
My favorite MATLAB demonstration was the Images and Matrices demo. I liked this one because I think it's cool how you can make a program that will take numerical values and display them as colors in various designs, and that MATLAB already has certain designs with colors programmed into it. It's also cool that one can graph and the data looks like a desgin, such as water.
