Basic Information
Here is my engineering page. I have made a wiki before for work. I used to work at a company called Secure 64. They provided DNS security products, and they were working on an encryption software for other companies.
Current Classes
I am currently a freshmen at Duke, and I am planning on majoring in mechanical engineering. I am taking EGR 103, Physics 152L, Math 212, and Econ 201D.
Demonstration Reaction
My favorite demonstration in the MATLAB help menu was the 3-D Plots section. I think this section typifies MATLAB's usefulness in presentation. Few software can graph in 3-D, but MATLAB makes the graph easy to understand. When looking at the code for the 3-D plots, I can understand very little. I imagine if I looked closely enough that the graphs would be very similar to equations that we are doing in multivariable calculus. Anyways, I found this section very interesting and very applicable to what I am doing now.
