It actually makes me really excited because it shows how strongly Matlab can complement scientific inquiry and how simple and useful it is in storing data sets, manipulating data points, analyzing numbers, and producing graphical aides - all of which can be a exceedingly tedious to accomplish other means. If Matlab can do science in other disciplines as well as it can in analyzing earthquake data, I'll have to pay really close attention in class to make sure I don't miss a single potential application of the software. | ||

Matlab Demonstrations
