Well, this is the first time I've ever edited anything in a Wikipedia-like format. This ought to be interesting...

MATLAB Demonstrations
My favorite MATLAB demonstration was the 3-D drawing demo. I thought that it was very neat how the program was able to render a symmetrical 3-D drawing out of randomly chosen 2-D points, even if I don't understand how the program works (yet).
