About Me
I'm a freshman engineer in Duke University's Pratt School of Engineering. My interests are pretty undecided at this point, but lie primarily in Mechanical and Biomedical Engineering. Outside of Pratt, I write for The Chronicle and enjoy running and playing baseball.
My Favorite Matlab Demos
The two best ones are easily Minesweeper and the solution to the Traveling salesman problem. I also liked the plot of the mold of a penny - Matlab can do some pretty cool graphical renderings. I like Minesweeper because, well, its Minesweeper, and the Traveling salesman because its intuitive and fun to watch the program do the calculations and uncross all the lines, eventually figuring out the fastest path involves no two lines crossing. Cool math stuff.
