MATLAB Demonstrations
After viewing the MATLAB Demonstrations, I really liked the "Viewing a Penny" demo under "Graphics" since it showed how MATLAB can be used to view and even simulate 2D and 3D designs of many things (in this case a penny) for engineering purposes.
