MATLAB Demo
My favorite MATLAB demo was the Loma Prieta Earthquake one under Mathematics. I particularly enjoyed this one because I live in the Santa Cruz mountains so the data was close to home. I grew up hearing about that earthquake so it was funny to encounter it here at Duke, on a MATLAB demo no less. Also it incorporated a lot of physics which showed me how multiple disciplines of science can overlap.
