Matlab Demonstrations

My definite favorite was the 3-D Surface Plots Demo. I quite enjoyed how you could manipulate the way in which you viewed the maps and graphs, especially in different axis (completely out-of-the-box). In general, I love seeing the same object from various perspectives, and so this demo really stood out for me.
