Favorite Demonstration on Matlab

My favorite demonstration in the help section of Matlab is the 'Graphics: 3D Plots' demonstration. Because I was accustomed to the conventional 2D method of plotting data and graphs, I was intrigued by the different ways that one can generate 3D surface plots on Matlab.
