Favorite MATLAB Demo: The 3D plots and 3D surface plots under graphing because of their current personal utility. I am in Math 103 and when I asked our teacher how we could go about graphing complicated and tough-to-visualize 3D functions, she said we could use a program called Matlab. Therefore I am excited to learn how to do this in MATLAB.
