The way my family pronounces it, "Jack Dickinson", and my last name sounds the way it is spelled. "DICK-IN-SUN"

MatLab Demonstration
3D Plots
My favorite MatLab demonstration is the one describing 3D plots. I find it interesting because not only is it simple enough to follow, but I also like how there are many different ways to display the same set of data. For example you can view the data as either a mesh plot, a surface plot, a contour plot, a quiver, or a slice.
