My favorite demonstration was the Earth's topography demonstration because it allowed me to see the versatility of Matlab. In addition to writing and executing functions, Matlab has a wide array of programming  abilities even extends to plotting an accurate 3-D topographical image of the Earth in color, which was extremely impressive to me. Matlab has the ability to be useful in many areas of engineering, maybe even in geography.
