Matlab
My favourite Matlab demonstration was the Loma Prieta Earthquake. Mainly because the Data was so real and it showed the real-world analytical capabilities of matlab. It also showcased the use of plots and the use of three dimensional plots when it showed the relative accelerations in the North-South, East-West, and vertical directions.
