Hi my name is Toma Shigaki-Than and I am a part of the class of 2021 in the Pratt School of Engineering at Duke University.
My favorite example demo on matlab is the "Basic Matrix Operations". It introduces how to create and plot various matrices in a clear, step-by-step format and also includes visuals to help understand what you are creating. It helped me grasp a deeper understanding of the material we covered in the lecture section of EGR 103.
