Favorite MATLAB Demonstration
My favorite MATLAB demonstration is called "Wind". It is an example about how to create wind flow visualizations in MATLAB. It gives a relevantly "easy" way to do a flow simulation. This demonstration also kind of stroke me of how large range of functions MATLAB could cover.
