Favourite MATLAB Demonstration
My favourite MATLAB demo was "Creating a GUI with GLIDE," primarily because when I think of MATLAB, I think of a language that is mostly for data-crunching - a language that does a lot of stuff, but without showing you what's going on. GLIDE presents a really interesting way to actually *present* and visualise the results of the data-crunching that MATLAB does.
