MatLab Demonstration
My favorite demonstration from MatLab was the 3-D Surface Plots demonstration. I particularly liked this demonstration because it showcased the ability of MatLab to plot 3-D surfaces. I can see this feature being very valuable in the future. It was especially interesting to see how you can change the color gradient for displaying the height of the surface and how you can change the texture pattern of the surface.
