MATLAB Demostrations
My favourite MATLAB demonstration is the one of Matrix Manipulation. In general, I am particularly interested in Matrix demonstrations as they have so many uses. They are the groundwork for many more operations and without being able to use and manipulate matrices our options become much more limited.
