MATLAB Demonstrations
My favorite demonstration was the Traveling Salesman problem. It highlights how powerful MATLAB can be by solving such a difficult optimization problem so quickly. It's also interesting how the program tries out various ways to connect the points and calculates which one of the ways is shorter.
