Demonstrations
My favorite MATLAB demonstration was the example of Function of Complex Variables because I was finally able to see how some of the three dimensional objects we've discussed in math class look. It was interesting seeing Riemann surfaces, complex roots, and saddle points all come together in accurate graphical representation, rather than the sketched approximations that we've used to learn in the past.
