My favorite Matlab Demonstration was the one that explained how to plot in 2 and 3 dimensions.  I think Matlab's ability to display 3D functions is interestingIn addition, I have often struggled visualizing 3D functions, and such a tool will help me become comfortable with these functions for math class.

My favorite Matlab Demonstration was the one that explained how to plot in 2 and 3 dimensions. I think Matlab's ability to display 3D functions is interesting.
