Favorite MATLAB Demo:

The "Bending Truss" demo was really cool!  Being a very visual person, the simple model of the truss bridge allowed me to see various types of stresses that could be applied to the bridge.  This is much better than just seeing numbers and values on a screen.  It helped me see the power of MATLAB!
