About Me
My name is Bridget Dou. I like peanut butter and ducks. Not together. One as a food and the other as an animal. I watch too much TV. I haven't decided if I'm a cat or dog person yet.
Education
I am in my freshman year at Duke University, Pratt School of Engineering, and I'm leaning towards Electrical and Computer Engineering, because ECE also stands for Exuberant Cape Endeavor!
Thought of the Day

Matlab Demonstration
I enjoyed the three-dimensional knot and the four linked tori models in the gallery section. Especially for the knot, the calculations used to create it were quite complex. It was a good example of how calculus and geometry are interrelated. It was fun to run the codes required and then to rotate the figures in Matlab and see them from all perspectives.
