My favorite MATLAB help demonstration was the Graphics: 2-D Plots. I liked this demo because I think knowing how to create 2-D plots will be something we have to do a lot in future labs. I specifically enjoyed seeing how to make intricate plots like the Stairstep Plot of a Sine Wave and the Polar Plot.

Matlab Demonstrations
