About Me
My name is Archit Verma. I am a freshman student at Duke University. I plan on majoring in biomedical engineering. I was born November 21, 1994 in Mount Kisco, New York. I have lived in Westchester County my entire life, and attended Horace Greeley High School. I am a big basketball fan and can't wait for the season to start.
Grand Challenges for Engineering - Homework 1
A boon to fusion: Scientist finds new way to predict heat layer troublemaker, Phys.org, created August 20, 2012, accessed September 7, 2012, (Provide energy from fusion)
Matlab Demonstrations - Homework 2
My favourite demonstration was the Klein Bottle. The Klein Bottle is a boundary-less surface formed by joining two Mobius strips. The MATLAB demonstration creates various three-dimensional graphs representing the surface. I was interested in the ability of MATLAB code to represent complex images.
