My Fave Demo
My fave demo would have to be the Traveling Salesman. At around 50 cities, the demo can be somewhat boring to watch pan out. However, when reduced to 15 cities, the demo makes interesting shapes and becomes a sort of engineering rorschach test. Very enjoyable. It also represents a real life model that I can understand, unlike some models which show obscure, complicated processes.
