Chris is relatively easy to pronounce (K-ris) and Penny is pronounced just like the coin.

Favorite Demo
My favorite demo was the Spherical Surface Harmonic demonstration found in the gallery. I had no idea that MATLAB was capable of rendering a model of the earth's oscillations, and so it is needless to say that I was very impressed.
