MATLAB Demo
My favorite MATLAB demo by far was "Teapot". It was an application allowed the user to manipulate the Newell teapot and change its color, transparency, material, lighting, etc. I like interactive applications like this demonstration and others like "Traveling Salesman" and "World Traveler 3-D Globe" and would like to create my own one day.
