Favorite MATLAB Demonstration

My favorite MATLAB demonstration is the Graphics Demonstration titled "Viewing a Penny." This demonstration is especially interesting to me because it demonstrates the graphical power of the MATLAB software by mapping the "topography" of a penny. It manages to shine a new light on a simple, everyday object by analyzing the physical aspects of the surface of a penny in depth.
