Favorite MATLAB Demonstrations

I enjoyed the Viewing a Penny demonstration a it showed a variety of ways that MATLAB could model and display 3-D objects, such as in contour maps or in a 3-D surface plot. This is a useful feature as it allows a user of MATLAB to graph and visualize 3-D objects. I also enjoys coins and thought the penny was a fun thing to choose as a demonstration as it is an everyday object that most of us are very familiar with.
