My favorite demonstration has to be the Traveling Salesman demo because it involves a lot of calculations in determining the distance between cities that are chosen at random and is able to determine the shortest single closed-circuit route for the trip by comparing all of the possible routes between each city and eliminating the inefficient and extraneously long routes between cities.
