| − | My favorite demonstration was the 3-D Drawing demo. I thought it was really cool that Matlab could take all these random points that I made by just clicking around and create a 3-D vase with them. I never would have thought I could relate Matlab and pottery, but it felt like something that I'd use in a technologically advanced (or novice?) art class or perhaps even in a futuristic remake of the movie 'Ghost'. Jokes and Whoopi Goldberg aside, the demo helped me realize the vast possibilities that Matlab can offer, and that it's not all about just matrices and stem graphs and the like.
