I am a freshman at Duke University studying Biomedical Engineering on a premed track. I am just down the road coming from Chapel Hill, North Carolina. In fact,my twin sister is studying at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. I also love playing and listening to music. I have played the flute since middle school and the piano since I was five. I also hope to get involved within the Duke community throughout my four years at Duke.

My favorite MATLAB Demonstration was the "vibrating logo" one. I think it's neat how you can control the speed of the vibrations. To me it just reminds me of a quilt flowing in the wind. The visual of a plane with vibrations pulsing through it made it look very wavy and flowy.
